Interviewing

I don't particularly like getting interviews done...but if they get me job I will. The thing on my mind tonight is jobs. At my job my manager is cutting everyone's hours in an attempt to get us all to quit. So far I haven't been able to find a new job but I sure am trying. I was thinking though to all those employers out there that if you are going to ask a question in an interview like what are your three worst and best qualities...give us a minute to think before you just skip to the next question because we couldn't come up with an answer soon enough. Jobs, jobs, jobs... what to do, what to do.
